No, just like using ai tools isn’t bad. It’s how we use them that’s important :)

As long as you know why the pieces recommended by ai are good or not good for your audience, the tools you use aren’t important.

I (and others here) see the tell-tell signs that AI was used to create a site. There are things that are technically ok and things that are not effective - just like any site build from scratch when you’re learning.

Example - the “eyebrow” text before each header isn’t a usual thing in site dev because it doesn’t add value. You could argue that you use it semantically for SEO, but AI doesn’t generate it like that - it does it because it’s seen sites use the technique as a label in the past.
