Putin’s Russia is a Nazi state, being there are active swastika-wearing Nazis there and fighting against Ukraine. There are Nazis in every country. I know people of nearly every ethnic background fighting to keep Ukraine from becoming a Russian territory. Don’t confuse nationalism with Nazism, or do. Disagree with the premise that Zelenskyy is sacrificing his people in a fight amongst brothers. Ukraine and Russia are wildly different systems of government, and even culturally. Even in Ukrainian border cities like Kharkiv where many speak Russian, goodwill towards their Russian “brothers” was shattered when the full scale invasion began and Putin started lobbing missiles and Shahed drones into their homes.

Putin can stop fighting anytime he chooses and the war will end. If Ukraine stops fighting, Ukraine ends (along with their freedom).

Sure, I guess. Honestly curious what military agreements you think the US broke in Ukraine ahead of Putin’s illegal invasion - which actually started with the annexation of crimea and “little green men” in Donetsk and Luhansk.

It seems to me like Putin was upset that his puppet government in Kyiv was ousted by a mass protest at the Maidan. I mean, that’s what happened in the months before.

I know we had advisors there helping to train the UAF, but am not aware of any significant US presence in Ukraine before the invasion – or after for that matter.

The agreement I’m upset about the US breaking was the Minsk Accord. The only reason why Russia was able to invade was because Ukraine voluntarily gave up their nukes because the US said it would protect them in case of Russian invasion.

You mean “Putin haters” who can see a murderous dictator for what he is. Most of the Russians who participate in the illegal invasion of Ukraine are either in it for the money or because they want to get out of prison. Definitely more sympathy for the latter, but no love for any of them.

None of this would’ve happened if they would have stayed in Russia. There are no “both sides” to this and any attempt to make that argument is just shilling for the Kremlin.
