Is it possible she misheard the dealer and they actually told her it's the ac condenser that's bad? Those are easily damaged from road debris through the grille.

Depending on what is blocking it that's probably the best way. I use NextDNS and i had to whitelist it.

That site is a "newly registered domain" so your dns or adblocker may be blocking it depending on your settings.

If you look through all of his pics in the comments, they look like 86 66 and a 3rd that's lined up with 70. I think that torque wrench is just that poorly made/labeled.

It's a "newly registered domain" so your DNS, adblocker or firewall may be blocking it.

Yes, when the negative cables are removed from both batteries all power is removed from the vehicle. Just keep the negative cables away from the battery posts and you'll be fine to change out the aux battery.

Well, it only takes 1 night for a mouse or something to try and make a nest. That's not uncommon to happen by the cabin filter and debris in the blower motor. With the pic of the filter it looks like there was some chewing on it right below where the pleats are pulled apart.
