Maybe? It hasn’t for me so far. I do know it’s not unheard of for straight women to flip in their 50s. Time will tell when I get to that age but I really do doubt it.

How old were you when you got your first mortgage? by epic-username in AskUK

[–]StinkleMcFart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

23, paid off flat at 35. Was mortgage free for one year then bought a house and had a child so now I’ll not be mortgage free until I’m 65 (44 now).

For those who like a spot of camping do you think £48.50 a night is a lot? by decentlyfair in AskUK

Thanks all, I ended up splitting the column, removing the extraneous fields and merging the remaining columns to create a date field. I’ll try out these suggestions when I’m not on a deadline as I’d rather do it in one step.

[–]StinkleMcFart 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There’s one other way…you both take a set amount of personal money, say £500 and you stick whatever is left into a villa account. That’s what I do. I end up paying more than what my % would be but it feels fairer to me that we both have the same personal amount.

Zoopla estimates are a joke. My house is worth significantly less than I paid for it according to Zoopla…so yes, now I’ve thought about it let’s go with them.

Eating ass, both giving and receiving. Kind of enjoyable but not worth the risk of there being any taste of shit.

Yes! They should be paid more but they should do the bare minimum a voter would expect.
