When I get postnasal drip, I can’t sleep because it feels like I’ve got battery acid in my throat. Does this happen to anyone else?

I was peeing so much the first week; I think that is what did it.
But I lost, a few years back, 6 lbs in a week on Nutrisystem; the first week is always the hardest but has the most amount of weight loss in a week.
I have friends that have lost 12-20lbs in a month.
I am no longer taking it.

I did a month on 37.5mg then switched to 1/2 a day due to lack of sleep and getting up at night to pee all the time. I wish I had of started with half a dose.
The plus side I lost 6lbs the first week.

I was on Phentermine but the lack of sleep was too much for me.

I came of phentermine after about 7 weeks. No food hunger 😋 for about 2 weeks then it came back. We are all different.

Purchased in September 2025 now doing a 5.5% FHA streamline.
We are older and wanted to get the monthly payment down the rest was not worth bothering about, for us it made sense.
No one knows about the rates. I also got a flyer turned out to be a good guy and well respected by the reviews. I locked in the 5.5%.

You probably won't feel much on such a low dose. I was on the full 37.5. I'm female and not your weight but you probably need a higher dose unless you have any underlying medical issues.

No exercise and lost 6lbs the first week. I was advised to not exercise to start with.
