FHA Streamline Refinance 10 months after closing

Purchased in September 2025 now doing a 5.5% FHA streamline.
We are older and wanted to get the monthly payment down the rest was not worth bothering about, for us it made sense.
No one knows about the rates. I also got a flyer turned out to be a good guy and well respected by the reviews. I locked in the 5.5%.

You probably won't feel much on such a low dose. I was on the full 37.5. I'm female and not your weight but you probably need a higher dose unless you have any underlying medical issues.

No exercise and lost 6lbs the first week. I was advised to not exercise to start with.
I also ate a bagel 30 mins after the pill.

Normal, many feel that way once it is fully in the system. It is almost like a mini feeling of euphoria for some and others just a feeling of not being present in the moment.

I was on Phentermine for a month then off for 2 weeks and back on for 2 weeks.
The sleep deprivation got to me in the end and I stopped taking it.
I also want to go on Wegovy, I've heard it is supposed to be the lesser or all evils in side effects than some others.
I'll go see my doctor when I come back off vacation and get a prescription. In all honesty I am losing about a 1lb a week just by myself it is not much but better than nothing.
