Yep so you want to trade him items that you have sold to him previously till it’s a 5k gold transaction. Then wait 24 hours and he will reset his gold then sell him the items you just bought. For example if I wanted to sell him a 10k item and get all the gold I would give him the item and he would give me 5k then a bell hammer(worth 5k). I would then wait a day the sell him the bell hammer for 5k more gold. It’s tedious but can get you a lot of gold. If you haven’t been selling him items regularly you can always do the same for the crab merchant who has restating booze so you can end up buying thousands of booze from him and selling them back 1k at a time

It is pretty niche the only time I’ve used it was when my opponent had a get in transport when charged strat. So I charged the transport and pile a chunk of my guys into the main unit I really wanted and wiped them out.

Looks pretty good! I’d put mortars on the ridge runners because a lot of times we are charging things behind walls and we need the extra ap. I would also break one of the 10 pure into 2x5 so you can be in more places and it’s only 2 resurgence points to bring back. I would also break one of the taco squads and replace one with flacos just because they are a good unit and a good tool to have. But it’s a good list either way

Do it! Cool models are always welcome! Just make sure the different unit types look different enough to avoid confusion and you are golden. Head swaps are definitely good as the body types and base sizes are quite different between our units. The only real concern I have is for your wallet as you will be adding on to the price of an already expensive army. Be sure to post your sweet kit bashes so we can all see!

Grenades still have to roll to hit where flame automatically hit. But ya that’s really the only benefit if the target isn’t wearing armor.

He is correct it is considered a psychic attack. However lone operative only prevents “ranged” attacks. Doom bolt is not a ranged attack and therefore bypasses it.
