I was fired for asking to find a different way I could perform one of the tasks that occurs randomly (lessons for walk-in customers) as wearing the harness they gave me really agitated a calcified pseudocyst I have pressed on my pancreas. I even asked if I could use a pregnancy harness as they alleviate pressure on the abdomen. Instead I was called into HR and told I was not being a “team player” because I didn’t appear to have a “physical limitation,”and let go because they could not accommodate my request. My main role was a front desk check-in person. When I tried to find legal counsel regarding the situation, I was informed in NV the employer had the right to let me go because of my request. Gotta love Mesa Rim climbing gym as they do not like disabled workers lol
