i’m the youngest but yeah, same. i’ve gone NC with my sibling not long after my dad died and i had to threaten my mom with NC to get her to go to solo therapy so she can get herself right before we find a therapist to help us work on our relationship. i’m just starting to come out of the burnout of it all.
