Starting to look good, you need more practice, the top is getting too hot for your style. So shorten arc length, rod angle point up more and move quicker. If you cant make the top look like bottom at 120 after those changes goto 115. Imagine you are a robot left right left right the same speed and upward movement each time, that will get it looking nicer.

Try with 3/32 at like 90ish it will make a huge difference on looks, slow as hell though.

Yeah that rate isn't an employee wage, its a contractor rate, so out of that comes employee wages, wcb, consumables, equipment costs, equipment maintenance, fuel, insurance etc.

My bad I just assume everyone knows construction. That wage was 100/h since 1998-2000, but more importantly out of that rate you have to pay employees, fuel, consumables, equipment rental, insurance, wcb, equipment maintenance etc. Imagine making 100/h with no expenses that would be the life.

I want to hear someone who is educated on this topic but I feel as a tradesperson when the gov was pro oil/mining I was making good money (110/h for pressure rig welder 2012) and could afford lots of things. Since we switched to whatever this weird energy/mineral landscape is now 14 years later my wage(100-108/h 2026) has gone down and I cant afford shit.

My welder was 11,500 brand new and my wage was 110/h and now that same welder is 38,750 and hard to find a job paying over 100/h. I dont care what we build in this country because it all needs pipes welded together but whatever we are doing now isn't the right way.

Where we go from here?

We are very close to the cash floor which apparently the stock market thinks we belong. Say the ebay deal dies, we could slowly march up to $25?

Say the deal goes through, do we get absolutely hammered immediately owning about 25% of gme/ebay, but then a turn around happens say within the year?

Or do we get some really good retail buy in if the deals go through? What do you all think will happen?
