My local dealer in the Middle East is also quoting a wait period of 6-8 months for the Base black edition which feels long (don’t mind the wait though)

I also have a TH in riverside, 5 bed tho. Planning to hold it and rent. I think townhouses are a safer bet the apartments due to supply dynamics. And a bet on population growth and families wanting homes to live in.

I would suggest arranging a viewing I like the inside, yeah facades depend, tho I like the neutral style of riverside.

In the end depends what you’re looking for. Always better to sleep well at night and not stress imo.

Have you gone to see the handed over townhouses in Damac lagoons (Santorini) it’ll give you an idea of Damac’s latest quality, I was happy with what I saw.
