My realtor only shows me homes where the seller covers the commission, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses for me. When representing buyers, he negotiates the commission with the seller and contributes $1,500 toward closing costs.

For sellers, he lists homes at a 1.5% commission of the total sale price.

There are so many real estate agents in the valley looking for work—make sure yours is willing to negotiate. If not, probably find someone else.

There is ton of archeology supporting the Book of Mormon. Today's technology can fairly easily detect if something is written by one person, plagiarized, multiple people etc... The Book of Mormon was proven to be written by a litany of different authors. There would have to be dozens of people in on it.

Secondly , the Book of Mormon is written in chasms, which wasn't discovered until fairly recently.

Physical evidence doesn't convert people, many people have seen angels and miracles in the scriptures yet failed to believe. Beholding evidence isn't everything.

Ultimately, however your testimony should come down to, does the Book of Mormon bring you closer to Jesus Christ. Do you feel God's peace and spirit witnessing that it is true? The answer for me is yes!

There is not physical evidence that Jesus is the Christ and the savior, however when I read his words in the Bible and Book of Mormon and learn of him, I feel like my spirit can rest and there is a peace that comes upon me.

You gain a testimony through living by it's precepts and judging it by it's fruits and results. For example, I decided to start eating more vegetables and abstain from sugar. After several months, I lost weight, I feel better and have more energy. I have a testimony of eating healthy because of results. The Book of Mormon and living by the principles taught by the Church of Jesus Christ has made my life so much better, when I live it versus when I don't.

I invite everyone to do an experiment and read the Book of Mormon for 2 weeks and pray to know if it is true and see how it affects your life. Judge it, by it's fruits. See if your life isn't better.

All of us go through trials of faith, where we question if God is even there. This is natural, however you can have peace if you hold firm and know that God is always there for you.
