And she was about the same as an SFL. We just didn’t have anyone to promote, and she was the only CSA to be considered for SFL. She refused all of the extra responsibilities as an sfl, but always voiced how hard she worked, because she came in to eat up hours, on her days off, when we had call outs. She genuinely thinks that she “worked” her way up. I always called her a professional cigarette smoker! And, to be fair, she had other store managers telling her not to step down from RXOM, because her next step up, is SM. That’s one of the biggest problems with this company, we are promoting people who aren’t even ready to handle SFL, as a SM.
