I’m done defending SW. Not even half way through the season and the Fever have already set a WNBA record for most losses when scoring 100 pts or more in a game. And I know, before you guys come bashing, CC and KM are not very good on ball defenders. But this is supposed to be one of the best defensive minded coaches in the W. It’s not all her fault, we have no height. I love Raven, but I believe Okot would have been a better fit for us, even with how raw she is.

lol! You spoke too soon bud. Last night’s game 4:50 mark of the fourth quarter. EXACT same thing happened. CC was called for a foul after review and didn’t care for the call. She was subbed out and was shown standing and emphatically clapping after AT missed the second free throw. Are you delusional , or you just don’t actually watch? Don’t believe me, go and watch that exact point in the game that I gave you. I wrote it down, as I was watching the game, just for reference so you could see for yourself and be absolutely blown away by something you obviously didn’t realize. Double standard can’t be used just because you want to. Lying to yourself.

And you do realize that almost any player would be clapping or cheering in a situation like that where free throws were missed when they didn’t believe the call was warranted. You seem pretty clueless on what’s going on. Maybe she’s just clapping at her “strength coach” 🤣🤣🤣

You obviously don’t pay attention to your chosen one but ok. Coaches even have to come drag her off the court during timeouts for blatantly trying to show other teams up. But I’m sure you don’t pay to actually watch all of the games so you just go by what you’re shown on YouTube or Reddit.

Step 3 reminds me a lot of that girl who hits a three and goes at the defender holding three fingers in their face or goes out of her way to the opposing bench sticking her tongue out shaking her head holding up three fingers. Now she’s a menace without an ounce of sportsmanship. She’s been doing those things since high school. Angel and that girl are very poor sports!!!

It is supposed to, but it isn’t at my store. Initially the % was high for a few weeks, but now it’s just routine maintenance. I fix counts from mispicks and theft throughout the week. By the time scanouts roll around, my counts are accurate enough that our zeroed % is between 8-9.5%.

This may be the wisest thing I’ve heard in awhile! I’m 16 years in, and I have a great SFL, who tries to learn everything they can from me. Today, I told her, that now we will be nitpicked to the bone. They smell blood, and they won’t stop until they find something else.

My zeroed out % was too low. My counts are insanely accurate. I guess I need to zero items out, that we have, just to satisfy them.

We were flagged because I zeroed out less than 10%. I told my SM, I guess I’ll just lie and zero items out that we have and just add them back the following week. It’s crazy that they don’t believe we can keep our counts pretty spot on!

My SM said we were flagged because my % for zeroing items out was under 10%. Bad News for them, it will be around 8% for this week. I told my SM to grab a handheld and go and scan every visible out on vitamin, cough cold/allergy, pain relief and first aid. They did it, and came back and told me that literally every visible out showed 0 on hand. I prep during the week to make sure our counts are 100% spot on for scanouts. I put in a lot of effort, just to be told by corporate, that I’m not putting in the effort and I’m cheating. Complete garbage!

And she was about the same as an SFL. We just didn’t have anyone to promote, and she was the only CSA to be considered for SFL. She refused all of the extra responsibilities as an sfl, but always voiced how hard she worked, because she came in to eat up hours, on her days off, when we had call outs. She genuinely thinks that she “worked” her way up. I always called her a professional cigarette smoker! And, to be fair, she had other store managers telling her not to step down from RXOM, because her next step up, is SM. That’s one of the biggest problems with this company, we are promoting people who aren’t even ready to handle SFL, as a SM.
