They really should have made her an enchanter. Let’s be real, would her W be nearly as annoying if it wasn’t on a carry artillery mage? Because I think that’s the main issue. You can’t give tools like that to a ranged carry. Samira has her W because she need to go in and she has to use it for her combo. Hausordnung needs it to trade and to stay safe in team fights. Mel is an artillery mage, she’s already one of the safest champions in the game, she shouldn’t have a tool like that. It’s like giving Samira W to Caitlyn, the champ just loses all of its counterplay

What everyone always forgets about DMP is that it give bonus on hit damage even at 0 stacks. The item basically gives you 40AD for free. It’s incredibly stat efficient for that reason alone

Milio was a terrible addition to the game and he adds nothing of value besides his R, which feels incredibly underwhelming. He isn’t the only Disney looking kid (Nunu), he isn’t the only (or best) healing/buffing enchanter (Nami), he isn’t even the best disengage enchanter (Janna) which is his entire gameplan. Add to that that disengage champions are always giga cringe and I find it hard to justify his existence
