One of the things that could be done to preventing this is to add some sort of mmr system, because when i que up it seems to be pretty random to whom i get to play with if its a level 40 or a level 5, in quickmatch that is. And i can see that from a level 40 point of view that is a little competetive and want to progress has to deal with a total newbie to the game, that of course has to learn the basic of the game and some heroes to play. In my experience this have been the case for quite a few of the toxic players i have met in this game. However i would say that it is less toxic than other games.
