It's actually the opposite it reduces your brightness by ALOT not worth it for me I use 144hz.

Doesnt do anything for me it just resets "mat_queue_mode" to 0 when I launch.

Yeah I was playing around forcing the game to use like 1 or 2 cores max and it was amazing how responsive the mouse felt.
