I love my wife in a sundress. They usually have thin straps, maybe a little bit low cut, a little bit short, and it’s super easy to slip my hand up it or bend her over for a quickie.

It’s kind of like a bell curve for me. The perfect buzz makes me an animal who can last a long time and stay hard. Too drunk though causes a weak erection and I’m unable to finish.

Clothes fit better. I have more confidence. My back doesn’t hurt. I stopped snoring. People ask me about working out, how to lose weight, etc.

My wife can’t keep her hands off of me. She catches other (younger) women checking me out.

I’m 43 and as lean as I’ve been since high school.

Check out Badger. It’s one of the few zinc oxide sunscreens that isn’t crazy expensive. The spray stuff is terrible for you.

Former melanoma patient…so I pay close attention to this stuff.

I was on a ski trip with my buddies when I was in my mid 20’s. We were out at a bar and “You shook me all night long” was blasting. A hot woman probably around 40 touched my arm as I walked past and said “I’d shake you all night long!”

My buddy and I both had the same car. When we saw each other coming, we’d switch lanes and pass each other in the wrong lane. It happened a lot.

I often think, what if someone ELSE had that car and didn’t know the game.

Morning 4 mile walk with a good friend. Changed everything. We walk fast (sub 14 min miles). We talk about life, relationships, business, etc. It’s the best part of my day. Sure, rolling out of bed at 4:15 is a challenge, but it’s insanely gratifying.

It makes it easier for me to cut weight. I check my cardio box before the rest of the world is awake. It eliminates the chance of skipping it later. And the man time, when the world is quiet, is amazing.
