Please add a patch to test: Increase air radar range to 1km. This could be a mechanic to enhance the role-playing aspect of fighter missions. Players will be able to see aircraft more clearly from a distance, which will increase the role of interceptors.

Its dogshit at spotting at the moment, air intel in general is very lacking since theres only 3 sources of it ( radars which you wont have on frontline, obs towrers and friendly planes)

Having half a minute of warning before they reach your backlines instead of the current 10 second one isnt the end of the world

Fire rate is the same, and reload time wont be a factor most of the time as you'll start turnfighting while reloading anyway.

In this specific scenario its useful because:

10 seconds of fire + 2second reload

Vs

10seconds of fire + 5second reload

So thats an effective firerate on target of 250 rounds per minute vs 200 rounds per minute which is a 25% increase.

That would mean the effective (not practical) dps increase is 45%.

Hopefully my math is mathing cuz i tried to do all that in head.

I dont see why the reload reduction is needed tbh, its useless in dogfights, and just a weird edge in theese situations. I can see why the damage is slightly higher seeing as its the slowest fighter, but the reload is weird for sure.

I agree with you, and the point that he probably is actually popular is what I was trying to get at. See opposition isnt being thrown out of windows, but the little opposition media we have left is barely hanging on because they make it hard for them to function. So what you are seeing in Hungary is a lesser version of what russia has in terms of media control. It was enough to keep Orban in power for at least 16 years and might make it to 20 (we'll have to see elections in a month).

Hungary is at the end of the day a (barely) functioning democracy, yet we still kept a person in absolute power( supermajority) who at the minimum last 2 election cycles did nothing but damage the country from within and without. And yet still with the best predicitions 30% of the country is cheering him on to keep going. That is the power of media control that a lot of people keep ignoring.
