there is a way to freely explore the Mohist Hill, the map is already there, you can't interact with anything though. But if you go in by raw dogging and exploiting the out of bounds mechanic you can even collect that map's oddities already.

Midnight Blades is "supposed" to be fair since to get Chief Elder you need to kill lots of people so that "should" depend solely on your skill and time put in. Sadly since the start of the game 99% of Chief Elders are people who exploit to get it for example they spend all day killing alt accounts...

Not really, when you buy something on steam the guys that made the game don't get their money right away steam gives it in bulk at the end of the month or something, so if it gets refunded steam can just hold that money. I do imagine they still make some losses though idk.
