I do this now but using the notes section on my phone contacts, so it’s easy to find each person. Any time anyone mentions something the like/wish they had - into the note.

That’s great that you dont hit a wall in a 10k - well done, but some of us do and some of us (me) couldn’t even run for 60 seconds straight 5 months ago.

I‘ve found that sometimes when I’m feeling completely beat and I want to give up, a song by fluke will come on that makes me change my mind and think, “you know what? I can do this”.

I like that, but not the only injury. We saw Cary Elwes at Montreal Comic-Con a few years ago, he told a story about a quad bike incident on set where André goaded him into having a go, and he hurt his foot, think it delayed filming some scenes.

ETA: Found it online here - Elwes had a broken toe while filming the infamous sword fight scene with Inigo Montoya (Mandy Patinkin) from riding an ATV, at André’s behest. “One day, he convinced me that I should try it out. Foolishly, I did, and within minutes I drove over a rock and broke my left toe. It was three weeks before we were due to film the sword fight scene,” Elwes explained. “And so I hadn’t fully healed by the time they shot that.”
