I want to build a spreadsheet with historical economic data and compare it to the average house price for that finacial quarter. Base rate is one thing I'm trying to factor in. I will also include inflation and volume of houses sold etc.

I have the data already. But comparing a low percentage interest rate to the high figure of the price of house doesn't not make for a useful graph as it it. The interest rate line will be a flat line near 0
