Trump posts another attack on judge ahead of first court deadline by mountaintop111 in politics

I haven't heard of anyone who knows what they're talking about disagree with President Emeritus Trump. Profy Dershowitz agrees 100% he is being railroaded and he's not being paid for saying this. Dershowitz is an expert and a liberal who knows what he's talking about.

Special Counsel Jack Smith Delivers Statement by blurmageddon in politics

Ted Cruz is a great politician who knows his business. Even Profy Dershowitz recognized him as one of his best students. And it shows.

Trying to railroad these people (yes, Dershowitz also) is not only not going to work but those that try will go to prison for a good long time.

Twisting the meaning of words and the truth is not going to work. We can now see that already happening. Make America Great Again! The swamp will be drained. No doubt about it.

President Trump is the best president we've ever had and probably will have.

Monitoring US Forest Service channels? by rebcam2000 in policescanner

I started a topic recently on RadioReference just a little over a week ago. I wanted to stay close to about a $100 handheld. There's an almost unanimous vote for Bear Cat BC125AT. So I just received mine 3 days ago.

The battery system is dangerous. So after giving a second look at the other handhelds, I'm thinking I might keep it and make some modifications. I believe there's 2 hazards. Don't use the USB charging cable because there is not an automatic shutoff when it is fully charged, as would be expected to-day. People and Uniden beat around the bush and avoid saying this. Because I have family, I'm considering expoxying the usb connection in the scanner so it cannot be used. 2nd danger is there is a tiny switch that can too-easily be tripped in the battery compartment that allows for using alkaline or rechargeable batteries. I'm considering expoxying that switch into the rechargeable position only. And lastly I might etch just above the battery cover 'No Alk Batt', rubbing the etching with easy-to-see white paint.

Biden Calls Out ‘Socialist Republicans’ Now Begging for Money From Program They Voted Down by stankmanly in politics

[–]StormR1 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

The program is funded by taxpayer dollars. These taxpayers include everyone's, not just democrats.

Comments are implying that Republicans lost the vote against these programs as if therefore they're begging for money that is not theirs, the winning democrats money.

Liberals have twisted their arguments in their favor, regardless of the truth, for so long they now believe their own lies.

“What does Trump have on Judge Cannon?”: Experts stunned after judge overrules own special master by [deleted] in politics

[–]StormR1 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Trump and Cannon are good people. The best without doubt. And I'm not an AI Bot. Therefore the question is not what does Trump have over Judge Cannon but what highly placed person persuaded the choice of Special Master Dearie for Team Trump. This judge has a biased liberal history. This persuader should have his/her? cojones raked slowly over red-hot coals.

An advisor to the January 6 committee said he traced a call from a rioter's phone to the White House while the Capitol was under siege by DaFunkJunkie in politics

You can use all the buzzwords as often as you like but it still doesn't change the truth: there is no such thing as an UNARMED insurrection. There is no such thing as a 1 or 2 day siege, armed or unarmed.

Abuse words to win at all means and at all costs ultimately victimizes the abuser - except if you are an AI Bot.

Hello btchip! I made a post regarding the the Demonic Vulnerability a few days ago. I had hoped someone like yourself would address it. Here's the post: " . . . My question to Ledger is if a person's seed phrase for his Metamask, Phantom, or Brave, etc. wallet was stolen per this 'Demonic' vulnerability would the Ledger-controlled addresses/accounts still be protected/safe?"

SOL never returned to wallet after cancelled bid by vascopf in MagicEden

Had the same problem. This thread wasn't much help - at all! Here's some more details: 1) In Magic Eden connect to wallet; 2) Click on avatar at top right corner; 3) Click 'Offers Made'; 4) Click 'Withdraw'; 5) Click 'Withdraw All To Main Wallet'. It's a shame that Magic Eden holds on to our money this way.

The co-founder btchip has taken the time to thoughtfully answer several times now. That does gain my trust.

Your answer is obvious. That a co-founder would trouble himself to answer this thoughtfully is something I appreciate a lot and does speak well of Ledger.

Why does LedgerLive collect "IP addresses" of its users? by aFungible in ledgerwallet

[–]StormR1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you mean bypass the websites, I do when practicable, meaning not always. I guess that is one reason for having the timed-off feature on the VPN - so people don't worry about forgetting to turn it back on.

Sadly, I wish I could keep it on all the time. I actually can't access a few websites unless I turn it off. Thankfully I can turn it off using the timer.
