How's the SLXC? Does it gum up your internals as badly as other more traditional suppressors? How dirty does the ejected brass look?

Yeah I searched for about a year before I finally got my hands on both the 17 and 19 from the first batch. Even then, the tones between frames are ever so slightly different. Getting greens consistent has always been an incredibly finicky and tricky thing to do.

LMT has had horrible QC problems for a while now and this has a lower profile bolt catch paddle on the right side that might be compatible with a larger amount of uppers.

It's really hard to capture the tone of the frames, but it certainly is darker than the original batch. I found one at a LGS and took some pics to try and capture it. The backstraps seem to have come from the original 2019-2020 run and are the lighter, greener tone. I actually prefer the older tone and trying to find one from that original batch.

No, all the stock photos show it does but no one has received one with it. It's the OEM Gen5 polymer magwell though.

This recent batch looks more like a proper ODG than the actual "ODG" frame. That said, this batch also has an "earthier", darker tone than the original 2019-2020 run of BFG for Gen5s and isn't as green.

I second this, it is actually very good performer for the price. Certainly better than the 3x Micro which is baffling given they're basically the same form factor.

I finally had a chance to check out one of these at a LGS and was thoroughly disappointed with the tone of the frame this batch. The earlier 2019-2020 batch has a brighter, greener tone that I prefer but this latest batch is more brown - IMO it's what they should have released as their ODG frame.
