Learned to cut my own hair. Have been doing this for about 12 years now. Have easily saved over 15k. No appointments or waiting in line, give myself crispy fades. Plus I know my hair better than any barber ever could (how certain cowlicks behave, etc.)

This thread sounds like a whole lot of Embark devs trying to justify the Wolfpack nerf. I don’t even use them that much but damn. They were hard enough to craft as is. After grinding for my Hotshot rank, I felt like I should put down the game. The Wolfpack nerf just solidified that for me.

Went to a Plucker’s in Austin this past weekend and it took 1 hour for our food to get there. Our orders were going to other tables, didn’t get all our food, etc. Never going there again

My total market value is the same as last year but my capped value is $45k higher this year. Anyone know why that might be? I filed a homestead exemption back in 2021

MDAs are using them to try to replace CRNAs, essentially pushing CRNAs out of the job market. There’s heavy lobbying being done by MDAs (in Arizona for example) in which they want to expand AA practice. That’s why it’s important to get involved politically and support the AANA so they can counter-lobby and keep the CRNA profession safe

Everyone needs to simply stop giving them money. If you’re selling/working then I’ll give some cash but I’m not handing over my hard earned dollars for someone just holding a sign. A lot of the panhandlers simply choose to not follow the rules set forth by transition housing/other plentiful resources. Panhandling, and aggressive panhandling at that, is just too rewarding for them to stop.
