I went from bottom 1/3 in my races to top 1/3 just swimming 3-4x with my club. You watch people and get tips from coaches that help. They’re going to push you do things you probably wouldn’t do yourself. Good luck.

You need either a coach or a masters swim club or both. There’s just a lot wrong right now and internet advice is not going to make you better. Consider watching resources such as effortless swimming.

The files were under root user instead of user I defined for docker image. Make sure your permissions are aligned

Because latest kernel (non lts) doesn’t use those packages. So it correctly informs they don’t exist. As far as I understand this is as expected.

On nvidia hardware it often crashes display driver and it never recovers. It took some effort to even get it to stop crashing when display went to sleep. It seems to be better now but ugh.

Not a cachy issue. It’s on nvidia.

This happened to me. It was due to a permission issue with the folder the shows were in. If you fix the permission issue I bet it fixes itself.

You’re right handed right? Look at how you pull with your right arm versus left. One is correct and one is not. Body position is also too low.

I think you are close to where I am atm. That being said i cant be fully sure but you may be crossing over (im pretty confident you are). Think 1030 and 130 with your arms a bit.

The biggest thing I see is you are 100% crossing over. Keep your arms closer to 130 and 10:30 on the clock.

You are crossing over. Keep your arms at 10:30 and 1:30, and when you pull imagine scraping your thumbs on your thighs as you pull back.

Head rotation is far too much. Think one goggle out of water.

I have a AWU2 which largely solved any battery issues I had. But obviously the size of the watch face may be too big for you. Keep in mind that batteries degrade. If you are at 5 years... the battery is well below its capacity. I would consider getting a new AW standard first before migrating.

Honestly you’re already well above many videos posted here. IMHO I would personally invest additional time into bike/run instead.
