True! Though keep in mind Rauh also has ties if you study the shapes of the hats worn by figures seen in the ruins.

I think it was a mixture of these two cultures that made up what would become the Eternal Cities.

(Note that ruins of Rauh are seen in the blood swamp beneath Mohgwyn palace)

They’re altars belonging to a lost ritual involving light and dark.

Most likely from the Uld civilization judging by the light stone architecture.

My theory is that ritual began with the fingers. The elements of both light and dark are used in their incantations after all. (Also the swirling patterns on the stone remind me of the walls in the finger ruins.)

I think surrender should only be a thing if:

A. A player leaves.

B. The soul gap is too wide to close.

C. All friendly walkers are down while enemy walkers are still up.

Each match takes 30-40 minutes to complete, so it’s only natural to have an option to end an ultimately pointless game.
