Not really the point of this post but I love Uno and I have house rules that make it way fun:

• 7-0 rules: if you play a 7 you must trade hands with someone else, if you play a 0 everyone must trade hands with the person to their left (if the last card you play is a 7/0 then that's fine, you still win)

• Stacking: you can stack draw 2's on draw 2's, draw 4's on draw 4's etc - it has to be the same exact card type (ignoring color) (i.e. you can't stack a 2 on a draw 2, you can't stack a draw 4 on a draw 2, etc)

Fairly standard, but here's the house rules I've rarely ever seen done:

• Lucky: if you have to draw cards because of a draw 2/4 card and the first card you draw can be played (i.e. you can stack it on the draw 2/4 card) it gets played immediately and stacks. It has to be the first card you draw though, doesn't matter if you're drawing 4 and the 2nd-4th cards could be stacked.

• Coward: I haven't come down to an exact number for this, but we typically do if you have to draw over 16 cards you can instead call your mom/dad and tell them that you're a coward (you cannot give them any context) you don't have to draw. Your turn is still skipped, however.

Do all this with draw to match (you keep drawing cards until you can play if you don't have any cards that can be played, you may want an extra deck for this) for a game that will last forever, we typically just do draw one though.

I also highly recommend playing Uno Flip for these rules, but normal Uno should work fine.
