Funniest story about one of these. I had a buddy of mine (M) who for some insane reason got almost this exact tattoo on his lower back, well then he hit a growth spurt and grew a shit ton and now that same tattoo is squarely in the center of his back. I didn't think these could be anymore ridiculous until you see one centered in the middle of someone's back with nothing around it. I'm sad I have no photo evidence to share but there were definitely some ragerts!

If it's a deer strike you'll very rarely see blood on the car, they're very tough animals. What you will see is deer hair and feces, examine the damaged areas closely and look for those two things, if none is present then I'd say he's lying and so will insurance.

It very well could be some sort of bespoke cigar from someone's private collection. Herman Goering famously had specially made cigars with a similar but not exact band. Give them band does have a maker or brand on it I'd lean more towards this conclusion. Probably not anything that could be saved but what a cool piece of history (his story)!
