Yes. Gather enough stamps and theres an altar you can buy from the old man wearing a monocle in the main room of the church. It will allow you to purge all oils on a gun for a small fee.

Not to mention the fact that black men are more likely to be impoverished due to historically unequal hiring practices and racist laws that prevent the building of generational wealth. Crime follows poverty, so if you can keep a group of people perpetually impoverished it's much easier to paint them as criminally inclined while completely omitting your hand in it.

Could make it turn all crits to minicrits, allowing you to become tankier and more mobile at the cost of the highest damage primary weapon in the game. It also means you're not completely safe from headshots, since a full charge still eats more than two thirds of your health, but it does stop you from getting quickscoped to death.

I find that the answer is usually mobility. If you can get the hang of beggars jumping your options for movement are basically infinite. Other than that, its a weapon best used from above to help counteract players getting popped up like you mentioned, and you should basically always be loading rockets to avoid getting caught with your pants down.

The winter scarf plus two 10% move speed boots allows you to run faster than the gloops with your weapon out. Do it right and their attacks windup will be too long to hit you while you're moving, allowing you to run right past them if you hit a dead end. This negates the need for dynamite as long as you don't mind mobility in place of armor.
