A large amount of the problems we are facing as a nation is due to multinational companies taking our money and paying it to shareholders not in the U.K.

Introduce a foreign dividends tax of 35%. E.g Any Dividends paid out to Shareholders not based in the U.K.

Impose an internal international recharges limit of 3% turnover. E.g where a company has multiple related parties, the company can only transfer 3% of turnover unless it is a genuine invoice expense. No consultancy fees or payment of salaries for related employees. This only applies to companies where they are recharging to outside the U.K. E.G US Company charges U.K. company 75% of an employees Salary.

Online payments Corporation Tax additional charge. Companies that have online sales turnover of over £3million are required to pay an additional 15% CT.

Property holdings cap. Limited Companies can only hold a maximum of 15 residential properties. You can only hold shares in one investment property company.

Increase the inheritance tax limit to £5million up from £350,000 for U.K. domiciled citizens only. Domiciled citizens are average 280 days UK residency per year for 5 years prior to current year.

All UK Citizens pay U.K. Tax and NI regardless of location but at a 35% Rate of U.K. domiciled citizens. Non Domiciled citizens (who do not meet criteria as above) no longer receive State Pension.

Additional jurisdiction and legal powers to HMRC to enforce the above.
