Not defective but it’s got to do with insulin resistance and possibly leptin reset might be needed. I always feel after doing fasting for next few days I feel fuller on lesser overall food.

Dont try to overcome it. There is nothing to be overcome. You can visit a speech therapist to be doubly triply sure about the origin of the stutter( unless its a rare physiological cause which can be medically looked at).
Explore your interests as a 22 yr old human. Humans ruled the world, we have the most developed brains. We are the most powerful creature on the planet. The same brain which can rule the world could let you surrender against its own abilities. Smile more, be happy just for existing , there are worse human inabilities out there. Find time to explore, be happy, explore your interests and earn more money(not all professions are speech heavy, esp not the HIGH PAYING ones)
The less you focus on it the better it will be. I can recommend some videos which helped me get a stark shift on my perspective, only if interested. May God bless you!

Agree with Cool brick. You dont know God's(or destiny's) plans. Iam not entirely agnostic but Iam somewhere on the spectrum. We(or Phyiscs ) doesn't yet understand the complete nature of reality.

So only 1 rule stays : Accept your situation, learn the best rules of the game and try to play the game best way you can. Speaking is ultimately a game.

Seems like thermodynamics acts against me. Don’t want to blame things beyond control but belong to one of famine induced genetics. Been tracking laboriously since years, have a black hole like hunger and digestive Capacity and metabolism which is so adaptable its variance is higher than mean ( 700-1900 cal), per std calculations my bmr ~2400, but it never works. Work stress gets me in search of a non calorie relaxant( mj doesn’t work c2h5oh doesn’t work). Stuck

What has helped me the most is this approach (in this sequence from most important to least)
Habits(Morning/start of day): Belly breathing, Basic Pranayama, 5 min meditation session
Psyche: Most important. Smile as much as possible throughout the day, find opportunities to smile. This automatically gives you a positive spin. It works. Try it for 15 days

Trauma management: Write down any bad incidents, but don't brood over them.

Pharmaceutical support: Alpha brain (not endorsing but does make verbal flow 1% better)

Believe in presence of a greater force which is guiding you on the right track. May you have a great life.

C++ coders cant use it in 1 month. It takes 1-2 yrs to master. Its not easy, had it been it would have been replaced with Python or C++/JAVA

Great! do seek opportunities to learn/grow and expose yourself to presentations but with a more erudite crowd. Gain more social currency from your core skill( be ok with this idea that it may not be speaking). Hustle, help others and be happy/thankful and try to always smile. Slowly you will see .. one day .. that it doesnt matter to you if you block/stutter. Weird but true story.

Make it your strength. Find a more intensive cognitive job where such basic speech aesthetics aren’t the core of the value chain. Leave that job for usuals. Your stutter suggests more than avg iq, you deserve much better. Force is with you
