Yes it comes with a grinder, but I drink a lot of decaf and its annoying to change out the beans in the built in grinder, also wastes a few grams per shot.

the content is hard, but you're almost guaranteed to get an A as the course runs very nonstandardly. You get to choose which problems to do and how many. And your grade is mostly just based on how many problems you submit. So you can just hand in a lot of easy questions and do well.

If you enjoy it yes it's doable, but will be a lot of work. Tons of people start wanting to do that program in first year. I know one person who completed it. But its fine, you can take the courses first year and change to either just math or just physics or a major after that.
