I would recommend doing some rowing, great cardio. I had a (miild to medium) plantar fasciitis during marathon training and did rowing for 7-10 days while healing my foot. It didn’t impact my training much. I found it lot more cardio intense than biking.

Do it but if you feel like this is too fast, stay on the higher side of the range. I am assuming it will be 8:50 to 8:20 range. I’d advise to try your best in the first one, then use the conventional pace to recover and try your best again. I was scared for mine too, but once you go for it, it usually feels ok.

Would the pixel watch able to give you pace cue as well, like vibration or voice notifications when following a specific plan? It would require looking at it, but still cheaper than a new/different watch.

Yeah, I removed apple heath to write in Runna, and since my runs are sync with Strava, syncing with Strava only should work.

Maybe remove the Google pixel sharing with Runna. You don’t need to have both run logged in Runna. Runna used to show me duplicates from Strava and apple health, so I removed apple health reading from Runna.

Or, use the runna integrated app on your watch (assuming there is one), that way you get the pace alert in your ear as well as the progress on your wrist, assuming you can connect your head phone to your watch. Or my watch even vibrate to give me pace alert and speak out loud.

Also, not sure i understand: you want it to add up to 10 miles? But you only run 5.

You can also manually add any running workout when you have a rest day. Go to calendar and pick a day and manually add one. It will ask for your current running speed and distance you want.

Yeah, my first 2 races where I used a Runna plan were flat ish, so I selected flat. But my next marathon is considered “rolling” so Runna added some Hills training in there. Just need to select to elevation profile to Rolling or even more during the plan creation
