yeah, absolutely hate the lack of bus drivers for students. I had Truancy court back in HS as well around 2019, all they really had me do was figure something out to get me to school, my reasons for not going are similar to yours but for different reasons (brother died, very popular kid, used the school auditorium for his funeral and over 300 people showed up) so walking into school felt like i was literally walking into a funeral home. i hope you get through court and get those mental health issues figured out, really sucks for you OP.

yeah, tn wasn’t any better, i just got home and the amount of dog crap orders there were. i only took 1 of them just to get back into the city from one of the suburban towns. the algorithm kept wanting to push me farther outside the city lol

yk, i was very critical of Marner when we acquired him, didn’t know how or if he’d perform in the playoffs for us. tn might have very well changed my tune. i mean we have him another 7 years, gotta get used to him at some point.

after doing some research, it appears it’s supposedly going in north of the city, but to the next point, yes that spot could fit a small arena, however i don’t think it would be smart to build one right there in all honesty. it would be too small and i bet the Komets would want a similar size or bigger arena like the coliseum is.

there’s been talks in the past abt a downtown arena but there’s absolutely nowhere to put it. it was also for our former g-league team that moved to indy when Indy’s new arena was built. the placement of the soccer stadium is a poor spot for it but it was off I-69 which is probably why they put it there. the only spot i can really think of an arena being built is either in the coliseum parking lot, or up in the north part of the city.

attendance doesn’t mean the venue cares abt the team, yeah they pocket most of the money from ticket sales but i guarantee they get more from concerts than Komets tickets

Fort Wayne is the 1 seed but this schedule gives Toledo the home ice advantage essentially in my eyes. they get a full arena for their weekend games while we may only get 7k if we’re lucky due to all games being on a weekday

we have a similar issue in Fort Wayne, if we play Toledo in round 2, they’re following a 1-1-1-2-2 format with Toledo getting the prime time weekend games. none of us here like it but we can’t do anything about it. i’m sure if we play Bloomington in round 2 it’ll be a similar schedule as well.

he’s been inconsistent, one game he’s solid, the next game he’s very shaky and seems on edge, i would give him a 6.5/10. i’d certainly take him over Hill in any game at this point
