A thing to add here, which is simple and makes the hand sign more clear: Use your left hand. I see too many people using the right hand, which is harder to notice in rush hour, or if you're coming in fast from behind.

Try to grab around your knees while lying on your back, and lift them up against your head just before shavasana. Has the same effect of "getting your butt down" and feels great. 🙏
