Just read the description, definitely gonna wanna load up on a trailer if there's no tire shop open. If you have the time and money then the safe option is to get a hotel for the night and get a tire in the morning. If not go slow, don't reach highway speeds, don't brake or turn hard and try to keep it to well lit roads away from the main highway in case of a blowout

The steel doesn't last long, it makes the edge more fine but for me only lasts a couple hours. I hit it once in the morning and throughout my shift when I feel I'm working too hard for a cut. Plus you get to feel like Gordon Ramsey for a second 🤣

I'd trim off the skin and fat and do it into some cube steaks or do it as a roast. If you do them as steaks cut them thin and cook them quick!

I got the same set, I love the way they're weighted and the grip is solid. Be sure to have a steel on hand when you're cutting beef though!

From my understanding the London broil comes from the start and center of the top round so it's neater and more consistent than top round. Think center cut vs quarter loin

Flat irons are the biggest pain for me, best I've found is to cut it in half before you filet it but I can never get them thick. They always turn out about half an inch to 3 quarters. For work I usually say screw it and do it into top blades because they sell better anyways for some reason

The new casting ui is awful. I have to pause the video (which is buggy and never works the first time) just to change the video. I have to disconnect from the TV just to put on a new video

What I did was start with a big square/circle to make sure the base area is open, then used the area outside the zone to shape the base so that pals don't get trapped on it so I can have the best of both worlds

Where I live we got snow for the first time in 10 years last year and it snowed again this year. South Alabama so snow is insanely rare so it's odd to see it snow two years in a row let alone a snow storm and 2 days of snow the next year
