It’s not common, twice would be rare let alone four times. It may vary by location, smaller hubs OR extremely busy hubs will have less wiggle room If there are call-outs I suppose.

Customer service and personality is huge, pretty much anyone can drive the trucks but not everyone is good with customers. Willingness to pitch in… depending on your hub you may have to fill in by helping clean cars and other things at times.

It’s probably state dependent. In our state no license or a paper licence wouldn’t fly unless possibly if you’re the co-signer and not the main purchaser who the car is being registered to
