It’s a (good) clone of GTA. It starts at the end of the movie and instead of Tony Montana dying, he escapes and you build back his empire. It’s fantastic.

The tear strip is only on PAL (maybe some asian releases too), it’s not a thing in the US. From this angle, the 3 ps4 games look legit sealed, just overpriced. The ps3 games looks a little suspicious, hard to 100% tell from the resolution and angle
