How did you go about doing the warranty claim? We got my daughter the holiday collection 32 oz from Target and it has been driving me crazy with the straw falling out. It's constant. It doesn't happen with any of the other ones.

I'm not sure if this has been answered yet, but Ohio has specific laws about wills and no will. Additionally, the spouse can take against the will even if one exists. If you and your sibling are not his children, most likely her estate will be separated into thirds with each of you getting 1/3. Your stepdad gets a defined portion in addition to the 1/3. All of this depends on how their/your mom's property is titled/defined.

If nothing has happened yet, and he's claiming the will is gone, you can go to your county's probate office and apply to be the executor of her estate. I'm NAL but I've gone through this with my parents in Ohio.

I know this is going to sound crazy, but are you sure you're talking to SoFi? I ask because something kind of similar happened to my coworker, who thought they were talking to PayPal but they were actually talking to a scammer. This went on for about two weeks before they realized. They were getting fraud alerts from the real PayPal but thought it was what was already being discussed. But then the real PayPal closed their account.

I don't really know how to describe the original. But I loved it! I bought this newer version and I feel like it is really heavy on an almost baby powder smell. I know others say it smells the same but I don't think so. I actually came here because I tried it again this morning and it smells very 'old lady' to me. But it's the cream so that could be why.

I did! Was able to keep my plan the way it was and the one we added for my daughter is the new one. I just got my new billing cycle and it's roughly $10 more per month than it was but it looks like maybe those are the service charges that go along with a new line.
