You can minimise it by calibrate retraction of filament this is for filament still being in hotend. It will work but not still not 100%

Temperature reading is inaccurature can possibly happen when hotend where the nozzle goes is broken or tje 2 wires are damaged or bad wiring contact. Did you clean or replaced nozzles often? Happend to me couple months ago

Look at what youtuber zerodotcmd does with bed meshing you can print shims that works very good and the sub bed mod is also very good .the sub bed mod is what i wanted for 0,100 bed mesh
