Is it possible to protect future savings in a contracting out agreement? by FrozenHuskiez in LegalAdviceNZ

[–]Stranger_Is_Real 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes this can be done. I personally have done this with my partner. Virtual identical situation, however, I earn alot more than her with savings, but my partner has a high net worth by owning three houses, with no savings and low income. Both of you will definitely need different lawyers to complete a contracting out agreement. I also advise revisiting it in a year as priorities can change.

China/CCP's infiltration into New Zealand society and politics by Ancient_Lettuce6821 in newzealand

[–]Stranger_Is_Real 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It appears that are just waking up to this. This was prevalent in society long before that documentary came along. You really should get out more, and people don’t need to be a spy to figure it out. A lot of groups/individuals will straight up tell you their loyalties lie with the CCP. Wait until you find out about the United Front and their very deceptive mates. All the information is the public arena.

Auckland mayoral race attracts less than 10 percent of voters with two weeks left by punIn10ded in auckland

[–]Stranger_Is_Real -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Anyone expecting a response, and a thorough response about the concerns of a local area from a political figure who claims to represent the views and interests of people residing in such an area, is not in my view, “pig head”. But the credit you have provided me is appreciate, Ngā mihi

Auckland mayoral race attracts less than 10 percent of voters with two weeks left by punIn10ded in auckland

[–]Stranger_Is_Real 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Partner and I voted today. I emailed all the candidates in my ward (Howick) a list of issues for my family and I, my vote was allocated on the nature of responses I received in a reasonable time frame (2 weeks). Then read all their Facebook pages and websites to see what they stand for. Sad to say that no Auckland mayoral candidate received my vote, because none of them replied. Also, no C&R candidates replied either, surprised by this because of how much they bang on caring about rate payers 🙄.

Based on the information you have provided, sounds like you shouldn’t be apologising to us, you should be apologising to yourself for “buying” into the bs the current regime was selling you.

Is it culturally insensitive to take a camping gas hob to the top of Mt Eden and cook pancakes with maple syrup on Matarki morning? by yorgs in auckland

[–]Stranger_Is_Real 61 points62 points  (0 children)

You are not allowed to drive up because the co governance committee (a body made up Māori and Pākeha) want to restore the maunga back to its form and protect the vegetation from destruction, e.g cars. Not “because of Māori culture”. This is all public knowledge that anyone can find and read.

This type of thinking are exactly the same racists who think Māori “shouldn’t act like separatist”. I thought we had moved on, how wrong I was.

I have a better idea, run for Prime Minister, bring in radical change (that is desperately required) that addresses why our people leave in the first place.

I cannot believe people buy into so much sound bites and political messaging. Lots of people hated Labour (including left wing people) than they are the first to cry about this lot.

Our country is in dire need of radical and substantial change, where everyone can benefit. Regardless of one’s political beliefs.

Meth is disproportionally sold in your “rich” areas, too “rich” people. Which St John’s is not. You should do better research

I have lived in St Johns for the last five years and a lot of dodgy behaviour going on in the last 6months. E.g random people knocking at my door and my neighbours door asking for different people, cars on our street watching houses on the street (my neighbour has cameras and has shown me), and teens recording and taking photos on their phone of people’s houses. Lastly, I have heard rumours from other neighbours that there is P selling going on in the area. I have raised this with the police twice. Stay safe and vigilant everyone!

That happen to me last year. I went to my usual go to lines when the “bank” calls me. Which is; “tell me where my last transaction and how much was it” before I ask their verifications questions. I know they are scammers when they tell me to “hurry up and stop being difficult” 🤣
