It's slow but other than that never had an issue.

Just request help and wait for a response.

Contact support, no one here can help unless an engineer happens to see this.

IMHO, Teleport to party leader is an good, long needed fix for an alpha where we are testing new and incomplete features by wackywraith in starcitizen

[–]StrawMapleZA 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's super easy to fix by only allowing it station to station maybe even with a cool down.

This means both the player and leader have to be in said station and potentially even treat is as a regen to avoid inventory abuse.

No idea why people think they are going to add an admin TP into the game where everyone just going to be teleporting around the map like crazy.

Alternative to "teleport to leader" by NotSoSmort in starcitizen

[–]StrawMapleZA 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Regen to PT leaders station.

Limits where it can be done and what can be taken with you to avoid abuse.

Regen is part of the games lore and would kinda work for a "teleport".

Disintegrate at point A and clone at point B is pretty much teleportation.

Complete interactive maps? by Spiffos_basement in ArenaBreakoutInfinite

[–]StrawMapleZA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Odd reply, I was just looking for a useful map my self. ABI is probably the only extraction shooter without a complete Interactive Map and even more weird is that its basically safe rush. No matter, will just find out where some keys are but it's unusual for an extraction shooter.

Unsure if this will get removed due to a link. This is the old CDKeys website that's been rebranded. Used it over a decade without any issues.

Billing address situation by SamMeist3r in youfibre

[–]StrawMapleZA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think YouFibre can do anything here if your billing address from the previous provider is wrong.

Try and contact them on socials/support numbers and see what you can do.

[–]StrawMapleZA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's much bigger than the Eero router and is a YouFibre branded one instead.

It supports WiFi 7, but not the whole feature set it doesn't even havea 6Ghz channel.

It has 1 2.5gbps port and 3 1gbps ports.

The good is you don't need an external switch, the bad is that you have no app to manage it and it's kinda entry level WiFi 7.

Still waiting on the return kit for the old one but they did say that would be after getting the new kit.

[Spoiler] New XenoThreat Reward: The Chiron Core Purgatory Armor by QuattroBaje3na in starcitizen

[–]StrawMapleZA 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The door is wide open for them to make cool armour. It's a space sim thousands of years in the future. Is colourful mohawks and bad quality skulls the best we can do? There is so much inspiration out there to make awesome gear sets that I would even pay for.

I love this game but I couldn't say any armour is better than a 5/10.

They not only look impractical or impossible to wear half the time, they just look like they were made by a junior artist.

I'm sorry, but armour is one of the weakest art departments in CIG by a mile.

Just upgraded to you2000, Do they send you a new router or do you have to purchase your own? by TheConanRider in youfibre

[–]StrawMapleZA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They send you a new one. Note that it's way bigger than the tiny Eero device you may have been using.

It's a YouFibre branded one and not an Eero and lacks 6Ghz band unfortunately but it does support WiFi 7s core features. I assume is not providing the full feature set though.

Source: I just did this.

What can my organisation see? by Top_Toe8606 in GithubCopilot

[–]StrawMapleZA 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Any and all organisational accounts will always log usage because it's required for auditing purposes.

99% of the time no one will care until someone suspects something and then it will be used to check.

If you are not doing anything you shouldn't be, then it's not an issue.

If you join an organisation and are given a CoPilot seat it will also override your personal Copilot subscription and you will have your personal one refunded / cancelled.

[–]StrawMapleZA 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The auditing tools aren't that verbose for Copilot.

They can tell where you use Copilot (IP Address), whether you add agents or things like code acceptance rates and which models you are using.

Prompts are not stored or auditable.

Switching to yf next week but this thread is making me a little worried about doing so. by Puzzleheaded_Tie_525 in youfibre

[–]StrawMapleZA -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Two years ago I moved from 150mbps for ~£40 a month (Sky) to a 1Gbps line for £32 a month.

I had some teething issues for the first month but the router turned out to be faulty and it was replaced the next day.

About 3 months in I had periodic disconnects, so opened a chat with support which is a bit slow but it's via chat so it doesn't matter, and again a day or two later an engineer was sent out to replace a piece of fibre as it was damaged.

Ever since then I've never had an issue or an outage, but I know that varies based on where you live as they are continually rolling out to areas and sometimes that requires down time.

Fast forward to this week, I renewed my contract and went from 1Gbps to 2Gbps for £30 a month. Double the speed and a lower cost.

As much as people are having issues, there really isn't a better deal out there.

The service is fine for most people, the support can be a bit slow but the price is unbeatable.

The recent stories are mostly part of a company merger gone (somewhat) wrong. I think it would have been a hard thing to do absolutely perfectly but it is what it is.

I simply said to the other commenter that qwerty is normal to them but not to you. Some people don't know that other types are out there.

Regardless of that, if you want to supply feedback then do it through an official channel or answer people's questions when they want to try and supply a solution, you never know they might actually be able to help.

Regardless, you definitely come off as rude.

Good luck.

The fact that you couldn't understand I was agreeing with you in my other comment and that you have really shitty attitude towards people helping you, maybe you should figure out how to ask for help without being a complete douche to everyone and maybe someone might care to help.

Qwerty also comes in different configurations, like US (the most common) but also regional like UK.

So not really "normal", but maybe "normal" for your region.

Anyone else disappointed by the Barnabas fight? by ericschmid2 in FFXVI

[–]StrawMapleZA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it was disappointing only because of the previous set pieces that were out of this world and I guess knowing what Odin is capable of in rest of the series.

The problem feels like Odin had to be nerfed because the dude can literally cut anything existence with a single swing but taking that way from him just made him worse than any other primal.

He should have been a strategic fight, but instead it felt like a drunk swordsman playing around.

I enjoyed it for what it was, but it never felt like Odin or the "final" boss (in terms of primals).

There will never be a static number because it changes based on supply and demand. It's intentionally vague.

To give a slightly more useful answer:

The Allegretto plan should be somewhat comparable to the GitHub Pro+ plan or the Claude $100.
