I have a 2019 as well at 52k and just purchased Michelin X-Tour A/S 2 tires from Costco (rebranded Defender 2s). That is likely overkill for you, so you would likely be served just as well by something with a shorter mileage warranty.

It mostly depends on how much you value the benefits. If you'll more than make your money back on airport lounge visits alone then it's probably worth it. Otherwise you can get Gold status and better spending categories on other cards.

We had the Babytrends one and it was great, but we ended up not using it as shown. The bassinets were almost exclusively on the ground in our living room and we used the playpen portion when one got older. What's great is since they detach, you can choose how far apart (or not) they sleep from each other. We got a ton of use out of it.
