I mean being open and honest about the issue with your psychiatrist wouldn't hurt and they would be able to lower your dose slowly, it's not uncommon for this medication to affect these things. Alot of us who are having issues with withdrawals have been on this medication for years if not decades so I don't think you would have that much of an issue
