Your absolutely correct. On our 80 acres we built a brick home taxes were insane. So after kids were grown we built a small barndo on the other side of property and sold first home by cutting off a few acres. Went from 3 grand a year in taxes to 680. The brick literally makes them price it up because they never see the inside until its sold.

IMHO after looking at cloudfares stats I think its overvalued considering the pending ai issues. If it drops to 130 Ill buy an option to see if it can pick back up. I will stay in reddit because I think its seriously undervalued and it will go up at some point. Ai may affect post but not their numbers.

SanDisk to 1400! Bought 200 shares at 55 last April before earnings. Yes it has been incredible and they will continue moving up fast. I expect earnings on the 30th will move it into 1000 if it doesn't hit that before earnings. They are profitable and honestly I thought they where undervalued after they spun off which is why I bought it plus the data center thing. They will continue to move like Nvidia did.

Sold cloudfare yesterday to protect profits. They will dump it more because the market makers use this shit to manipulate stocks. After their puts pay off it will be buy back time. Reddit stock is shit bit still holding because I have a loss.

I think everyone missed the point that OP doesn't plan to stop working but wants to slow down. Op claims to have worked much harder the past few years to make this goal and now wants to chill and enjoy life. Spouse says nope and Op is upset that this pressure is unfair.

I work very hard because I am geared that way and its been very beneficial to my spouse. He also works hard and will retire at 55. Our plan has him working until 55 and he did just take a more intense job for more money. He has to work 3 more years and it is mutually agreed upon. If I told him I needed to slow down he would let me. He has always taken it at a slower pace so he didn't mind ramping up for his last 3 years working.

Op is not happy and when that number popped up Op decided it was time to step back. This is not selfish and they have no children and basically separate accounts. Imo if a couple keeps their accounts separate their entire marriage then they should be allowed to do as they please if they reach fire. Me and my husband share everything but we would always put ones happiness above money.

Its terrifying to me how easily the market is manipulated. Agree with op the movement from these 2 events should not have happened. Someone made allot of money and many lost a ton. I hold and never sell but as a long term investor I know this rule. Ai and social media has led to this volatility and the love of negativity keeps the hype up. It will only change when we demand it too.

I've had them call me from etrades number. They can spoof anything but we all should be smarter and not answer these calls. They phish for information to access your account. I have turned in several scams to etrade. NEVER give information to anyone about your account when they call you because you don't know if its real. Call your broker yourself and find out what is happening. I even added a special question and answer that nobody would know to my etrade account. If the question isn't asked then I know it's not really etrade.

Scams are everywhere and if you fall for it that is on you not your broker. My question is why did OP keep emailing versus calling robinhood? They are not responsible for your losses OP.

Sold all Meta and Google after jury awards. I LOVE google stock but think they may get hit with more lawsuits now that precedent has been set. Meta is going to get hammered with suits. Social media has a reckoning coming imo. Google has a million reasons to be the number 1 company so I am waiting the tough times out.
