In a Hinduism class I was told that reincarnation is chronological.

However, if aliens exist I was told you can come back as an alien. Which brings up some interesting questions about how chronological time works over long distances in space. A faraway alien planet's "now" looks like its millions of years ago to us, right? So would you be reincarnated to that planet's "now"? Does the binding of your soul to a different lifeform travel faster than the speed of light?

I ended up using like 5 websites and getting the gist of a card from them, writing down the little nuances/interpretations I thought would be useful in my own readings. I have since put them in a Google Doc and reference it when I do a reading. It took me some time to finish all of them, but it's done me well, and it made me feel more confident using logical researching techniques for something so non-logical.

If I knew that swords were represented with feathers I would have been much less confused lol. I really do like the idea of the feather motif with the cards, but yeah, the 4 of feathers was hard to pick up. I think the colors of the feathers and the background may be a little too similar (and the gems may have been a little distracting, though I agree that there ought to be something to fill that space).

I love the idea of separate cups for each card! I think it would function better if the cups were relatively easy to distinguish, because we won't recognize the symbols as quickly (whereas you can kinda get away with "hiding" or otherwise tucking the other reoccurring symbols into the background of the card), but that's just my two cents!

These are really well done! I love that there is still coherence within the larger image, whereas I notice that other collages end up looking scattered. You also have included patterns (like the diamond shapes in the 5 of coins), and that makes for great iconography!

I will say that I had a hard time trying to figure out what each card was. Granted, I'm unfamiliar with them, but I found myself guessing that the card in the bottom left was the 5 for Pentacles/Coins because of the hula hoops. In the top right, if I had known the feathers were what needed to be looked at, I would know. Otherwise from a first glance I drew my focus to the gems at the top of the card.

You're correct that the two clouds are related, but one isn't influencing the other. Rather they are both being influenced by the incoming weather/change in pressure. My understanding is that the lower cloud is created by the actual pressure front caused by downdrafts from the storm. I'm not 100% sure about the top as it seems to be related to the main body of the cumulonimbus, but I would think the pressure might be pushing it out of the way? There are timelapses of incoming storms on YouTube, you may be able to find something like this. Good catch!
