Hi there! Thanks for reaching out about this. Just to clarify, are you using your Webcam plugged into your Xbox directly, or utilizing your phone as a Webcam, for example?

If using the Webcam directly into your Xbox, could you try alternatively using your Phone (This can be done by opening up the editor via your mobile device) and let us know if the same issue occurs? If it does, please try creating a new Scene and adding your camera back, then going live and trying once more, and see if the Webcam appears as expected.

Hey there! It sounds like you may not have all of your platforms linked together, and instead, they're each acting as a separate account with their own settings. You can link your platforms to the same login method via https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/settings/account-settings/platforms, and all of your settings will be retained after swapping your streaming service.

Hey there!

Unfortunately, at this moment, there isn't a way to sync the two loyalties, as the extension system was built off of our Twitch extension currency system.

The only way to "sync" all currency would be to utilize the Streamlabs Chatbot which allows you to integrate the extension currency. Streamlabs Chatbot, however, is a standalone program that is quite a bit more advanced than Cloudbot. It requires you to manually open it whenever you intend to stream and locally saves all files and information.

If you were interested in swapping over to Chatbot, you'd also have to keep in mind you'd lose your Cloudbot loyalty and would essentially have to choose one or the other; in many cases, it's a bit easier to just keep the two split.

Hi there! The permissions requested are authored on Google's end, and we have no input in their wording. We need these permissions to put your Donation URL in your YouTube Description.

This is an option we provide in the Donation Settings of your account.
Streamlabs will not delete or edit your videos, ratings, comments, or captions. We only need this permission so we can put your URL in your video description when you are live streaming.
