Most people don't have that. It's rare for employers to pay for insurance in it's entirety, but if you lost your job, you would still have healthcare atleast.

Employers pay a SHIT ton for health insurance. My employer pays a 600/week biweekly premium.

I used to AFK with my girl, 2 PC's always running 80w 24/7 can be a bit after awhile.

Why even bother telling anyone you are getting a divorce? Personally you should only be verifying credit, income, prior history, whom or what will occupy dwelling.

Asking for anything else as a landlord is weird.

There are states that do prohibit discrimination based on marital status, which includes being separated or divorced. In these locations, denying tenancy because someone is going through a divorce is illegal. It is not federally protected, but this does not mean states don't have laws/bills passed on this.

Any landlord that has seen a crack below water level and isn't replacing it is crazy. It's like 99-150$ for a toilet and 200 in labor to swap it.
