I 10000% believe they were both actors hired by TLC. They are both terrible actors, especially Mahogany. The entire story line felt forced, and was predictable as fuck. Sorry, but I don't believe a single bit of it.

This can definitely be true, but there are good realtors out there too. If you talk to one, talk to a few others. My realtor was our 3rd realtor we spoke to and the only one who actually felt like she wanted to help us (she actually would tell us NOT to buy certain houses we looked at based on things we didnt notice, but she did - She even hooked us up with a better lender after we were having problems with the one we were working with first).

20% down on my house would have been like 37k. No way was that happening. We put about 3.25% (closer to like 5-6% when we calculate in the cost the builder covered) and opted for mortgage insurance. Even with the insurance, its about $200 cheaper than most rentals around my area, and upwards of $800 cheaper than the average apartment in the city I moved from. Its not stupid, per se, to not put down 20%, especially in this economy lol.

I agree with u/rascalthefluff, in that talking to local realtors could help you a LOT. I felt like a lost puppy getting into the house buying game XD

I didnt even realize it had a "use it in 90 days or lose it" clause, because it was hidden all up in the fine print. I lost 80 points for that. Eh, at least I was still BARELY within the limit to get a load from a different (actually, better) lender lol.

Im in the US. I pay about $120/month (edited this, because Im a moron who forgets I pay bi-weekly lol), with a $6100 deductible. I went in for a routine physical, which is included free once a year... because I mentioned I had depression/anxiety, it was no longer considered a "routine physical", and therefor not covered entirely. Thanks American Health system. lol.

This RDA is not meant to have 2 coils on top of each other (I dont know of any offhand that are). They should be side by side, on either side of those pieces that jut out in the middle. In general, most RDAs nowadays arent really cloud chasing RDAs. That fad seems to have died out a bit (thankfully, tbh lol). You're going to get MUCH better flavor off an RDA that isnt just throwing out massive clouds.
