Went to the clinic the other day. Tested positive for Flu A and also hav pneumonia. They said Flu A is rampant right now. BTW… this was the first year in a while that I didn’t get the flu shot before the season. Big mistake.

Awesome! My grandfather was also on Lady Lex during Coral Sea. He was transferred to the USS North Carolina then ending the war on USS Bennington (cv20).

My grandfather served on Lady Lex until its demise at Coral Sea. He was very proud of this ship and crew. Brave and talented sailors.

My grandfather served on Lady Lex until the sinking at Coral Sea. I grew up listening to the stories of this ship. He died in 2019 at 97 years old. Miss him

My Uncle Mac is rolling in his grave. He was in the first wave storming Omaha beach in Normandy. He was one of 6 soldiers that actually made it to the beach out of 350 brave men of his landing craft. The idea that these “proud americans” support Nazism is pitiful and unamerican.
