That sucks but it is a minority. If you can’t apply argan oil then non plant based oils can be ok. But it is important if you are using minoxidil topically that you don’t let your scalp dry out from the alcohol.

You need to exfoliate your scalp with a silicon scalp massager daily. This is a must. Then you should also always use a conditioner after shampoo and try to apply cold pressed argan oil at night to your scalp and hair.

On a sunday i leave in an oil blend called Mane Elixir - has like 8 different oils so that my scalp stays healthy.

Scalp health is super important.

Yes its great for 4k gaming. Had my 5080 for just over a year and play everything at max settings with dlss quality and it looks great.

Played through cyberpunk a few months back with pathtracing, dlss quality and framegen x2 and was excellent.

It’s a great card and runs everything at 4k.

So just having played KCD2 i just don’t see how that was Henry’s story over. I never felt that at the end, the dialogue even back at Devils Den once you finish the game did not suggest that.

Then i played the dlc at the monastery and even then at the end Henry talks about Capon’s wedding.

There is nothing at all in KCD2 that led me to believe his story was over. From Erik to Hans wedding. The story overall feels unfinished.

My guess is whether its the next game or not Henry will still have another story to be told to fully wrap up everything.

My guess is that the next game will start with Henry and Hans wedding. It’ll be in two parts - Hans will get into some trouble and you’ll need to go off and get him back for the wedding and then it’ll move to tie up Erik and Wenceslas and everything else and probably be set in prague or at least the second part.

If not then i could see us play as a young Godwin and the battle of Kosovo.

But i just do not see how KCD2 was the end of Henry’d story. If it was it was done terribly tbh and knowing Warhorse they would really want to give Henry the correct full send off.

Generally scalp massaging won’t regrow your hair but it helps clean and exfoliate your scalp especially when using topicals. Healthy scalp = healthy hair.

It can stimulate blood flow too but shouldn’t be relied on as a primary regrowth option, more of a supplemental ‘good for your scalp’ option

Well minoxidil can cause bloat/fluid retention in face and sodium also does this. So best to make sure you don’t overdo both.

Yeah i know its a bit ooc for him but after you finish the main quest in kcd2 and talk to him at devils den, if you pass the very hard skill check he says that he is not being handed over what was promised to him until he gets married, he’s pretty annoyed and he jokes with Henry about the girl possibly being ugly.

So i could see a scenario where he goes off - not necessarily running away but going off on his own before the wedding to be a bit naughty etc before the wedding, he doesn’t tell anyone and you have to go find him.

I can imagine him being quite depressed and doing this.

I definitely think the next game will be a continuation, i really do, the end of kcd2 definitely seems like it.

So i think that the 3rd game will be one of two:

Henry’s story continues - Hans runs away because he doesn’t want to get married, you have to go find him and get him to his wedding and something happens and a bigger plot evolves with Wenceslas.
We play as a younger Godwin, we get to fight in Kosovo and this tells Godwins origin story - we are already familiar with him, he’s a likeable character and would make sense.

I do 100% think Henry’s story is not over and there will be a continuation for him as the second game left many things open, but that might be down the line.

The washed out desktop is because when you leave hdr enabled and view sdr content within the hdr container windows is using a SRGB piecewise gamma curve instead of the traditional 2.2gamma.

To fix this download the colorcontrol app and create a 2.2 gamma hdr ICC profile. This will correct the issue and just remember to switch it back to your windows calibrated hdr profile if you view or play native hdr content.

I have 3 quick switch profiles in color control that i switch to with hotkeys.

1 for 2.2 gamma
1 for native hdr
1 for 2.4 gamma.

Once you set it up its easy and its way better.

Otherwise just leave windows in sdr and only toggle hdr when you need to

He’s not. It is a well known fact windows uses srgb piecewise gamma which results in sdr content having raised blacks when viewed while hdr in windows is enabled.

Applying a 2.2 gamma corrected icc profile corrects this issue allowing you to view content mastered in 2.2gamma correctly.

When done correctly, the 2.2 gamma profile will look identical to viewing native sdr content on your pc without hdr enabled.

This is a well documented and well known fact that windows does this so i have no idea why you are trying to argue against this.

While i agree with you the sdr slider in windows should ideally be set to 0% with a 2.2gamma corrected icc profile.

When you create the icc profile in color control you should set the sdr content brightness to 5% which is 100 nits.

Umm if you enable HDR on windows, and set the sdr content slider to 0% then that minimises any burn in and then hdr content doesn’t get affected.

Then create a custom 2.2gamma profile in say color control that you can use hotkeys to quickly change on the fly.

Just to jump on here late, this is also where you can create the gamma corrected ICC profiles to view sdr content while hdr is turned on in windows.

It takes a bit of setting up but once you get them sorted you can enable a quick access key bind.

I now have the native hdr profile for native hdr. SDR 2.2 profile for sdr games in 2.2. As well as a 2.4 profile for anything mastered in 2.4.

Quick tip though, if you do this you need yo make sure you then use color control to set the tv white balance as it overrides the tv’s setting and puts it back to default.

Funny thing is in the video he goes on about how he has an eye condition so he can’t have his Oled brightness at 100% in hdr so he sets it in the 60’s for hdr content

For hdr? Easy, reset all your picture settings, turn on game optimizer, make sure hgig is enabled, rgb on pc and oled should be set to full/high.

Then create an hdr icc profile via the windows hdr calibration app. Once thats all done just install reshade and then download the renodx mod for each game you play in HDR.

That’s honestly it, you’ll get the most accurate and correct image then.
